In the year 1791, it was demolished for the third time, as it was quite small. Henry Holland designed the building for third time and was reopened on 12^th March, 1794. On 24^th February, 1809, the building was burned down again. On 10^th October, 1812, building was redesigned by Benjamin Wyatt.
